Compression sleeves rock! I can't believe I'm running outside with no pain! Now I just need to get in shape! :-)

Today is my official first day running outside. No treadmills for me!!!!! (well, until this winter)
Today was also my first run with compression sleeves on my legs.
And, most importantly, my first run outside that I didn't feel pain.
Well.....except for the "I'm out of shape pain" I'd expected. :-)
Physical therapy is working!!!!!!!!! Third time's a charm I guess.
Ran through the neighborhood = hills.

Hello!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So much has happened...I'm not sure where to start!!!
OK...I'm running...for reals. Outside, on the pavement, on the trails......around the neighborhood.
Without pain!
Well, there's pain.....that "oh my gawd, I'm sooo out of shape" pain.....but not the pain that has sent me to three (count them!) three physical therapists, one doctor, and one specialist.
My latest PT has actually helped me. And I'm not sure what to do for her! Flowers, a card...something!!!!!
I've been posting my runs on the Nike + Fit website, and the DailyMile website. (the link to the dailymile site is over there to the right... ------> )
The mile count is only since I've started running outside. I was running two to three times a day on the treadmill at the gym.
Actually, since I started running outside, I haven't been back to the gym.
I know, I know...I should go. But....being outside is so much fun right now!!!
I did, though, use the Bowflex in the basement last night. I need to start working on my upper body strength again. Not going to the gym has halted it.
